通过对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)病人内源性抗氧化酶超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)的变化进行动态观察,间接反应MM病人体内超氧阴离子自由基(co_2 ̄-),及过氧化氢(H2O2)等活性氧物质的含量与MM的发展关系。结果:MM非缓解期病人SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性均明显降低,血浆XOD活性及LPO含量明显增高,缓解期病例上述指标大致恢复正常水平。红细胞抗氧化酶活性与血浆LPO含量呈负相关,且与疾病的严重程度相一致。
Through the study on the activities of endogenous antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and xanthine in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) Oxidative enzymes (XOD) and lipid peroxides (LPO) were observed dynamically. The contents of reactive oxygen species such as superoxide anion radical (CO 2 -) and hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) MM development relations. Results: The activities of SOD, GSH-PX and CAT in non-remission patients were significantly lower than those in non-remission patients, and the plasma XOD activity and LPO content were significantly increased. The above indexes returned to normal in the remission period. Red blood cell antioxidant enzyme activity and plasma LPO content was negatively correlated, and consistent with the severity of the disease.
