目的探讨男性患者股骨X射线摄影检查中的外生殖器官的辐射防护。方法分别采用杯型和椭圆型铅屏蔽块对男性患者的外生殖器官进行屏蔽防护。结果患者外生殖器官处的辐射剂量减少了99%以上。结论达到了《医用X射线诊断受检者放射卫生防护标准》中的有关要求,也使该项检查技术更加绿色环保。
Objective To investigate the radiological protection of external genitalia in male patients undergoing femur X-ray examination. Methods Male and female genital mutilation were masked with cup-shaped and oval-shaped lead masks respectively. As a result, the radiation dose to the external genital organs of patients was reduced by more than 99%. The conclusion reached the relevant requirements of “Radiation Protection Standards for Medical X-Ray Diagnostic Subjects” and made the inspection technology more greener.
