近期,国务院办公厅印发了《关于支持戏曲传承发展的若干政策》,明确提出了进一步加强政策支持,振兴我国戏曲艺术的指导思想、总体目标和系列举措:坚持以人民为中心的创作导向,坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,坚持扬弃继承、转化创新,保护、传承与发展并重。力争在“十三五”期间健全戏曲艺术保护传承工作体系、学校教育与戏曲艺术表演团体传习相结合的人才培养体系,完善戏曲艺术表演团体体制机制、戏曲工作者扎根基层潜心事业的保障激励机制,大幅提升戏曲艺术服务群众的综合能力和水平,培育有利于戏曲活起来、传下去、出精品、出名家的良好环境。本期刊登部分省内戏曲专家的政策解读和感悟,旨在引导全省广大文艺工作者坚持正确的创作导向,坚守戏曲艺术规律,为人民创作出更多美的启迪与美的享受的文化精品,更加努力地发挥出戏曲艺术在建设中华民族精神家园中的独特作用。
