Presiding words: a hazy mood, a sweet maid, a Chinese chair and a bunch of lotus flowers constitute the new work of Gao Yu-Guo - “Red Mansions” series. Gao Yu-Guo portrayed a beautiful picture by using a simple, conceptual color and delicate lines. However, Gao Yu-guo’s pursuit in this series is not limited to these concrete forms, but also lies in the cultural idea of Gao Yu-guo which they jointly build: fantastic, subtle and rich in connotation. This also makes Gao Yu Guogong new exploration has a temperament beyond time and space.
