通过对252例常规电压和高仟伏胸片对照阅片后,提出高仟伏胸片由于不再是光电吸牧,绝大部份为康普顿-吴有训吸收,其结果是黑白对比下降,细微结构显示清楚,全片层次丰富。再加上高仟伏摄影能有效利用胶片最佳性能的直线部,其密度增长与透过量成正比,透过量稍有变化,影像密度的变化肉眼即能辨别,因此对尘肺在X线片上的3mm以下的影像(p、q、s、t),清晰度、解像力都有显著提高。分析结果证明高仟伏胸片此常规电压胸片提高校正率达24.6%,是诊断尘肺的较好手段,值得广泛应用。
