调研综述新课改以来,特别是近几年,我省思想政治学科教师的专业发展状况如何?教师在教学理念、教学行为上发生了哪些变化?学科教学还存在哪些亟待解决的问题?为了了解上述情况,我们深入课堂,实地调研,组织座谈,进行研讨,并在全省13个省辖市开展了问卷调查。总体来说,我省高中政治教师结构合理,爱岗敬业,勤于学习,善于进取。绝大部分教师热爱或比较喜欢教师这个职业,对高中思想政治课程标准有一定的研究,
