笔者采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某高校本科新生进行了心理健康调查。结果显示,该校新生心理健康状况良好,心理问题主要表现在强迫症状和人际关系敏感方面,其中男女生心理健康状况存在显著性差异,较之男生,女生在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等因子上表现出更明显的问题。学校应集中全院心理资源针对心理问题学生分类分层开展跟进工作,改善学生的心理健康水平。
I used the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) to conduct a mental health survey of undergraduate freshmen. The results showed that the school freshmen’s mental health was good, and the psychological problems were mainly manifested in obsessive-compulsive symptoms and interpersonal sensitivity. There were significant differences in mental health status between boys and girls. Compared with boys and girls, somatization, coercion, depression, anxiety, Hostility, terror and other factors show more obvious problems. The school should focus on the hospital’s psychological resources for students with psychological problems stratified to follow up, improve students’ mental health.
