近代对磨损问题的研究告诉我们,磨损有多种多样的形式;但其中最主要的形式有四种,即:粘着磨损,腐蚀磨损,磨粒磨损和表面疲劳磨损。每种磨损形式遵循它自己的规律,但在很多场合下,一种磨损形式也会影响其他的磨损形式。在复杂的情况下,把起主导作用的磨损形式找出来,并从而确定磨损的基本原因和对策,这就是研究磨损问题专业工作者的主要任务之一。但考察一个磨损失效的机件,从中判断磨损的形式,又往往是非常困难的问题,许多学者在这方面曾作过大量的工作。本文拟结合三个实例对此问题进行一些讨论。
Modern research on wear problems tells us that there are many forms of wear; but the four main forms are sticking wear, corrosion wear, abrasive wear and surface wear. Each form of wear follows its own laws, but on many occasions one type of wear can also affect other forms of wear. In complex cases, the dominant form of wear and tear to find out, and thus determine the basic causes of wear and measures, which is to study the wear and tear of the professional workers one of the main tasks. However, examining a worn-out machine and judging the form of wear and tear is often a very difficult one. Many scholars have done a great deal of work in this area. This article intends to combine the three examples of this issue for some discussion.
