自党的十七届四中全会提出“提高党的建设科学化水平”这一历史性重大命题以来,全党上下均为此而不懈努力。高校党建做为全党党建工作的青年力量,应当克服当前学生党建中存在的科学化缺失现象,在实践中累积经验,并提升理论水准,完善党建设领导组织体系、党员培育培养体系、作用发挥体系及检查监督体系的制度建设来保障学生党建科学化水平。
