Zaozhuang Shanwang Food Co., Ltd. was established in August 1991 by a joint venture between the China Grain Trading Company, the Shandong Province Grain Trading Company, and the Shanting District Grain Bureau and the Taiwan Business. It is a modern enterprise led by the processing of high-tech food products. The total investment is 4.54 million U.S. dollars and the registered capital is 3.13 million U.S. dollars. The current liquidity is 6 million yuan. The head office has five major branches and two subsidiaries, with 216 employees, of which 139 are professional and technical personnel, and 69 have intermediate or above titles.
