1988 passed. With the solidarity of the entire Party and the people throughout the country and the concerted efforts of resolutely implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, we stepped into 1989. At this juncture, I would like to extend my greetings and thanks to all the comrades in the metallurgical mines for their hard work and great contribution to the development of the metallurgical industry.
