集中差速式张力减径机于1984年10月在烟台钢管厂试轧成功。试制该轧机是1982年由国家经委与冶金部批准的技术攻关项目,由冶金部钢铁研究总院承担设计及有关技术工作,烟台钢管厂负责现场安装。
Concentrated differential tension reducer in October 1984 in Yantai Steel Plant trial rolling success. Trial production of the rolling mill is a technology research project approved by the State Economic Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgy in 1982. The Steel Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgy undertakes the design and related technical work, and the Yantai Steel Plant is responsible for on-site installation.
