光纤通信与以往的通信方式相比具有频带宽,衰耗低,无电磁感应等优点,因而正在逐步走向实用。作为光纤通信的组成部件是由发射端将电转换成光的光源,传输光的光纤,以及在接收端将光转换成电的受光元件组成。 本文就对这种光纤通信中的受光器件加以论述。
Compared with the previous communication methods, optical fiber communication has the advantages of wide frequency band, low attenuation, no electromagnetic induction and the like, and thus is being gradually applied to practical applications. As a component of the optical fiber communication, a light source that converts electricity into light by a transmitting end, an optical fiber that transmits light, and a light receiving element that converts light into electricity at the receiving end. This article discusses the light-receiving devices in this optical fiber communication.
