观察脑出血微创术后联合应用蛋白激酶抑制法舒地尔减轻脑损伤的临床疗效。方法选择92例脑出血患者,出血量在30~60ml,分两组:治疗组46例,对照组46例。治疗组微创术后给予法舒地尔30mg,2次/d,静脉点滴,应用14d。对照组微创术后常规减轻脑水肿,活化脑细胞治疗。结果治疗组总疗效率:90%。对照总疗效率:70%。结论法舒地尔有效减轻脑出血后脑水肿,血脑屏障的开放,炎症细胞的侵润,及神经细胞的调亡,促进神经功能恢复。
To observe the clinical curative effect of combination therapy of protein kinase inhibiting fasudil on cerebral injury after minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-two patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and the amount of bleeding was 30-60ml, divided into two groups: 46 in the treatment group and 46 in the control group. The treatment group was given fasudil 30mg, 2 times / d, intravenous drip for 14 days. Control group after minimally invasive surgery to reduce brain edema, activation of brain cell therapy. Results The total effective rate of treatment group: 90%. Control total efficiency: 70%. Conclusion fasudil effectively reduces brain edema, opening of the blood-brain barrier, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and apoptosis of nerve cells after cerebral hemorrhage, and promotes neurological recovery.
