目的 :了解一氧化氮 (NitricOxide,ON)对急性高原病患者血清白介素 -8(In terleuk -8,IL -8)的影响及意义 ;方法 :将 47例急性高原病患者随机分为两组 ,一组为药物治疗组 (2 3例 ) ,另一组为NO治疗组 (2 4例 ) ,药物治疗组给予吸氧、氨茶碱、地塞米松、速尿等药物常规治疗 ,NO治疗组给予吸入由海拔 3 658m高度的空气平衡的 1 0 ppm的NO气体 ,每天 2次 ,上午、下午各 1h ,并利用放射免疫法对两组急性高原病患者治疗前后血清IL -8含量进行检测比较 ;结果 :NO治疗组治疗后的血清IL -8含量显著低于NO治疗组治疗后和药物治疗组治疗后的血清IL -8含量 (分别为 :P <0 .0 0 1、P <0 .0 1 ) ,药物治疗组治疗前后比较差别亦具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;结论 :NO能抑制急性高原病患者IL -8的分泌 ,有利于患者康复
Objective: To investigate the effect and significance of nitric oxide (ON) on serum levels of serum interleukin-8 (IL-8) in patients with acute altitude sickness.Methods: 47 patients with acute altitude sickness were randomly divided into two groups, One group was medication group (23 cases), the other group was NO treatment group (24 cases).
