目的研究原因不明反复自然流产(RSA)患者外周血中NK细胞表面抗原标志CD94含量变化及其相关性,探讨CD94在原因不明RSA发病中的作用。方法资料来源:选自妇产科患者RSA组30例、RSA已孕组15例、正常妊娠组15例、正常非孕组15例,检测四组研究对象外周血中CD94阳性细胞占淋巴细胞总数的百分数。结果①RSA未孕组外周血中CD94的水平(21.72±6.73)%较正常非孕组妇女(26.06±2.50)%有明显降低(P<0.05);②RSA已孕组外周血中CD94水平(21.30±3.38)%比正常妊娠组(26.97±3.23)%低(P<0.05)。结论CD94的表达降低与RSA的发病有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of NK cell surface antigen (CD98) in peripheral blood of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and their correlation, and to explore the role of CD94 in the pathogenesis of unexplained RSA. Methods Source: 30 patients selected from obstetrics and gynecology patients RSA group, RSA pregnant group 15 cases, 15 cases of normal pregnancy group, 15 cases of normal non-pregnant group, the detection of four groups of peripheral blood CD94-positive cells accounted for the total number of lymphocytes Of the percentage. Results ① The level of CD94 (21.72 ± 6.73)% in peripheral blood of RSA non-pregnant group was significantly lower than that of normal non-pregnant group (26.06 ± 2.50)% (P <0.05). ② The level of CD94 in peripheral blood of RSA pregnant group (21.30 ± 3.38%) than normal pregnancy group (26.97 ± 3.23)% (P <0.05). Conclusion The decreased expression of CD94 is associated with the pathogenesis of RSA.
