现阶段,全国人民对于高水平教育的接受需求日益增加,全面实行素质教育的理念不断深入,对基础教育也提出了更高的要求。因此,我们更应该认清形势,契合时机,大力加强经济欠发达地区教育基础的建设,加强教学管理,借助先进的管理理念,将教育改革引向欠发达地区,完成学校的全面转变与升级。本文以经济欠发达地区小学存在的问题为切入点,重点讨论如何加强学校管理的措施。
At this stage, the people throughout the country have increasingly accepted the demand for high-level education and the concept of implementing quality-oriented education in an all-round way has deepened and made higher demands on basic education. Therefore, we should make a clear understanding of the situation, meet the opportune time, vigorously step up the building of an education base in economically underdeveloped areas, strengthen teaching management and, with the help of advanced management concepts, lead education reform to underdeveloped areas to complete the all-round transformation and upgrading of schools. This article takes the problems existing in elementary schools in economically underdeveloped areas as starting points and focuses on measures to strengthen school management.
