音乐教育历史源远流长,早在2000年前就受到了重视,但是社会发展到大力提倡素质教育的今天,音乐教育尤其是农村音乐教育现状堪忧,怎么发展农村音乐教育,笔者提出了自己肤浅的见解:一是上级教育主管部门及校领导要高度重视;二是让学生在社会大环境中去学习音乐,不要局限在狭小的每周一节音乐课上;三是完善各类音乐硬件和软件;四是大力提倡因材施教,让每一位学生都能学到不同层次的音乐知识,从而提高农村学生的音乐素质,让素质教育之花开得更为鲜艳一些。
