新时期,农民工问题成为我国社会发展的突出问题。数量庞大的农民工利益问题得到社会的普遍关注。农民工问题的实质是农民工的利益保护问题,农民工的利益表达成为解决农民工利益问题的关键。面对农民工利益表达意识缺失、表达能力弱、表达组织不健全以及表达渠道狭窄与表达方式非理性化的现状,结合我国现有制度化农民工利益表达机制存在的问题,健全人大、政协、工会、信访以及大众传播媒介等农民工制度化利益表达机制,完善法律法规、提高农民工自身素质对于我国制度化利益表达机制的构建具有重要作用。
