2009年,四川检验检疫局以“质量和安全年”活动为契机,积极开展质量宏观管理的探索与实践,拓展监管思路,创新监管方式,通过引导、规范、激励、帮扶和发展5项举措,全面落实企业质量安全第一责任,推进了“质量和安全年”活动在企业的深入开展。
