柴生芳生前是中共临洮县委副书记、临洮县人民政府县长。他始终牢记党的宗旨,模范践行党的群众路线,全力履行执政为民的政治责任,坚决落实“三严三实”要求,一直以自己的实际行动诠释着人民公仆的真谛。他因劳累过度,于2014年8月15日在工作中去世,年仅45岁。党和国家有关部门追授柴生芳同志“全国优秀共产党员”和“人民满意的公务员”荣誉称号。
Chai Sheng-Fang was a former deputy secretary of the CPC Linqu County, Linqu County People’s government magistrate. He always kept the party’s purpose firmly in mind, demonstrated the party’s mass line with exemplary examples, fully performed the political responsibility of governing for the people, resolutely implemented the “three strictures and the truthful” requirements, and always interpreted the true meaning of public servants with his own actions. Due to overwork, he died at work on August 15, 2014, at the age of 45. The relevant departments of the party and the state chaired the honorary titles of Comrade Chai Shengfang, “Outstanding Communist Party Member of the People’s Republic of China” and “Civil Servant Satisfied by the People”.
