在550~700℃的温度范围内研究了过渡金属单组分催化剂对温天然气中乙烷氧化脱氢催化反应。结果表明,在700℃时,过渡金属单组分催化剂活性、选择性与其离子半径变化规律一致,对MnSO4、TiO2、Cr2O3的活性与晶格氧活动性有顺应关系。添加不同阴离子催化剂表现出不同的活性,实验发现,MnSO4有较好活性,在700℃时对C2H4选择性为68.48%,收率为30.54%。O2-TPD实验表明吸附氧与催化剂活性没有顺应关系。
Catalytic oxidation of ethane to dehydrogenation of ethane in warm natural gas was investigated at a temperature range of 550 ~ 700 ℃. The results show that at 700 ℃, the activity and selectivity of the transition metal catalyst are consistent with the changes of its ionic radius. The activity of MnSO4, TiO2 and Cr2O3 is in accordance with the activity of lattice oxygen. Addition of different anionic catalysts showed different activities. It was found that MnSO4 had good activity. The selectivity to C2H4 was 68.48% at 700 ℃ and the yield was 30.54%. O2-TPD experiments show that the adsorption of oxygen and catalyst activity does not conform to the relationship.
