以含水量80%的油/水型十二烷基硫酸钠/正丁醇/正庚烷/水微乳液为介质,以5-Br-PADAP 为显色剂,进行了 Zn(Ⅱ)的分光光度测定。表观摩尔吸光系数达1.22×10~5,与相应的胶束体系(ε=6.4×10~4)比较,测定灵敏度提高近一倍,方法用于实际样品分析,结果满意。
The Zn (Ⅱ) spectroscopy was carried out using 5-Br-PADAP as color reagent with oil / water sodium dodecyl sulfate / n-butanol / n-heptane / water microemulsion with water content of 80% Photometry. The apparent molar absorptivity reached 1.22 × 10 ~ 5, which was nearly double that of the corresponding micellar system (ε = 6.4 × 10 ~ 4). The method was applied to the real sample analysis with satisfactory results.
