盆栽试验条件下 ,研究了钼对冬小麦碳代谢的影响。结果表明 ,缺钼使冬小麦植株功能叶片叶绿素含量自分蘖期开始明显下降 ,随后各生育期均表现为黄化 ;植株可溶性总糖和纤维素、半纤维素含量也因缺钼而下降 ,这可能是缺钼冬小麦叶片疲软、抗寒能力下降的重要原因
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of molybdenum on carbon metabolism in winter wheat. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of winter wheat plants decreased significantly from the tillering stage after molybdenum deficient, and then all of them showed yellowing at all growth stages.
