首次以价格低廉的水玻璃(Na2SiO3)为硅源,通过离子交换,采用水热辅助溶胶凝胶法合成Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Dy3+蓝色发光材料。通过DTA、XRD、荧光光谱等手段对材料进行分析和表征,结果表明:前驱体干凝胶煅烧到1065℃后开始有Sr2MgSi2O7相形成,到1150℃完全转变成高纯相Sr2MgSi2O7,其产物疏松,颗粒小,不需研磨或稍加研磨便得超细粉。它的激发光谱在250~450nm之间存在一个强度较高的激发带,发射峰位于468nm,余辉为天蓝色,余辉时间超12h。此外,本研究还对溶胶凝胶的形成机理等进行了讨论。
For the first time, low-cost sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) was used as the silicon source to synthesize Sr2MgSi2O7: Eu2 +, Dy3 + blue luminescent materials by ion exchange and hydrothermal assisted sol-gel method. The results of DTA, XRD and fluorescence spectroscopy showed that the precursor xerogel was calcined at 1065 ℃ and Sr2MgSi2O7 phase was formed. When the precursor gel was completely transformed into high purity phase Sr2MgSi2O7 at 1150 ℃, the product was loose, Small particles, no grinding or a little grinding will have ultra-fine powder. Its excitation spectrum has a strong excitation band between 250 and 450nm, the emission peak is at 468nm, the afterglow is sky blue and the afterglow time is over 12h. In addition, this study also discussed the formation mechanism of sol-gel and so on.
