本文研究了铁素体可锻铸铁的锰硫量范围及其相互关系。通过试验和理论分析确定:铁素体可锻铸铁的锰硫量范围取决于自由锰量范围、其自由锰量范围介于0.05—0.50%之间;最优自由锰量为0.27%,数学式为Mn/S=1.72Mn%/(Mn%-0.27%);并推算出锰硫量的简单关系式 Mn=1.72S%+0.27%,可供有关生产单位参考使用。 文中还简要地分析了锰硫量对铁素体可锻铸铁铸造性能和机械性能的影响。指出,在含有0.27)%自由锰的情况下锰硫量增加,会恶化铁水的流动性,对热裂无影响,机械性能有所下降。因此,生产高硫铁素体可锻铸铁时,要控制好自由锰量、提高铁水温度和防止铁水氧化。
In this paper, the range of manganese and sulfur content of ferrite malleable iron and its relationship were studied. The experimental and theoretical analysis shows that the range of manganese and sulfur content of ferritic malleable iron depends on the range of free manganese content, the range of free manganese content is between 0.05-0.50%, the optimal free manganese content is 0.27% and the mathematical formula is Mn /S=1.72Mn%/(Mn%-0.27%); and calculate the simple relationship between manganese and sulfur content Mn = 1.72S% + 0.27%, for the reference of the relevant production units. The article also briefly analyzes the impact of manganese and sulfur on the ferrite malleable iron casting performance and mechanical properties. Pointed out that in the case of containing 0.27% of free manganese in the case of manganese and sulfur increase, will deteriorate the fluidity of hot metal, hot cracking has no effect, mechanical properties decreased. Therefore, the production of high-sulfur ferritic malleable iron, it is necessary to control the amount of free manganese, increase the temperature of molten iron and prevent the oxidation of molten iron.
