随着社会经济的持续发展,以社区、乡、村为单位的社会矛盾大量蓄积并日益突出,不断冲击着这块法律执行长期得不到有效监督的薄弱地带。检察院作为法律的监督机关,是社区法治的重要推动者,检察工作往基层推进是新形势下社会管理工作的重要一环。笔者结合推进检力下沉的必要性,分析当前基层检查院开展该项工作的存在问题,探讨完善检力下沉的实现路径。
With the continuous development of the society and economy, social contradictions with communities, townships and villages as a unit have been accumulating and becoming increasingly prominent. This constantly strikes the weak area where this law has not been effectively supervised for a long time. Procuratorate, as the supervisory organ of law, is an important promoter of community rule of law. Procuratorial work toward the grassroots level is an important part of social management in the new situation. The author combined with the necessity of advancing the check-ups, analyzed the existing problems of the current grass-roots inspection institutes to carry out the work, and explored ways to improve the realization of the check-ups.
