小麦锈病是小麦生产中的主要病害,防治小麦锈病应以抗病育种为基础,但抗病品种抗病性丧失的新课题难以解决。为探讨小麦品种抗叶锈遗传基础和生理机制,1989年河北省科委支持河北农业大学进行了《小麦品利抗叶锈基因和组织化学定位》应用基础理论研究。经过10年科学探索,在研究方法、理论和效果上获重大新突破。
Wheat rust is the main disease in wheat production. Wheat rust should be based on disease-resistant breeding, but new problems of disease resistance loss of resistant varieties are hard to solve. In order to explore the genetic basis and physiological mechanism of wheat leaf rust resistance, in 1989, Hebei Province Science and Technology Commission supported Hebei Agricultural University to carry out the basic theoretical research on the application of “wheat yield anti-leaf rust gene and histochemical localization”. After 10 years of scientific exploration, we have made major new breakthroughs in research methods, theories and effects.
