[目的]探讨miR-200通过NQO1信号通路促进三阴性乳腺癌发生远处转移的机制.[方法]采用基因芯片扫描技术分析与miR-200表达密切相关的下游分子,并以损伤愈合实验验证miR-200在乳腺癌转移过程中的作用机制.[结果]miR-200的表达与NQO1密切相关,在过表达miR-200的细胞系下调NQO1后,乳腺癌细胞迁移能力明显受到抑制.[结论]miR-200通过NQO1信号通路促进乳腺癌远处转移.
[Objective] To investigate the mechanism of miR-200 promoting the distant metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer through the NQO1 signaling pathway. [Methods] The downstream molecules closely related to the expression of miR-200 were analyzed by gene chip scanning technique and the miR -200 in the process of breast cancer metastasis. [Results] The expression of miR-200 was closely related to NQO1, and the migration ability of breast cancer cells was significantly inhibited after NQO1 was down-regulated in miR-200-overexpressing cell lines. [Conclusion] miR-200 promotes distant metastasis of breast cancer through the NQO1 signaling pathway.
