用新合成的萤光试剂2-(5'-磺基-2'-羟基苯-1'-偶氮)-5-乙氨基-4-甲酚(SPAEC)研究了荧光光度法测定铝的反应条件。铝(Ⅲ)与试剂在pH4.0~5.5的乙酸/乙酸钠缓冲介质中形成1:1型红色配合物并呈现荧光,其最大激发/发射波长为λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=535(520)/575nm。建立了0.05~3.01μol/L铝的荧光测定方法,考察了共存离子的干扰及消除方法,并试用于人工合成样及合金样的分析。
Fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to study the reaction of aluminum with the newly synthesized fluorescent reagent 2- (5’-Sulfo-2’-hydroxy-1’-azo) -5-ethylamino-4-cresol (SPAEC) condition. Aluminum (Ⅲ) and reagent formed a 1: 1 red complex in acetic acid / sodium acetate buffer solution with pH4.0 ~ 5.5 and showed fluorescence with the maximum excitation / emission wavelength of λ ex / λ_em = 535 (520) / 575 nm. A fluorescence method for the determination of aluminum from 0.05 to 3.01 μol / L was established. The interference and elimination of coexisting ions were investigated. The results were also applied to the analysis of artificial synthetic samples and alloy samples.
