为了解决职工老龄化以及技术传承存在脱节等问题,当下的疾病预防控制中心对青年人才加大了招聘的力度,使得青年疾控工作者在疾控中心的工作人员当中占据的比例日益加大,在促进疾控工作发展、提升疾控工作水平等方面发挥着不容忽视的关键性作用,因此,对青年疾控工作者政治思想工作的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文将对目前青年疾控工作者政治思想工作中所存在的问题做出分析,并在此基础上进一步探究做好青年疾控工作者政治思想工作的有效措施,以期为当下的青年疾控工作者政治思想工作的开展提供一定的借鉴作用。
