IL-6对IFNγ诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞抗弓形虫作用的影响

通过体外实验，观察了ＩＬ６对ＩＦＮγ诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（ｍｏｕｓｅｐｅｒｉｔｏｎｅａｌｍａｃｒｏｐｈａｇｅ，ＭＰＭ）的抗弓形虫作用。结果显示，ＩＬ６可促进弓形虫在ＭＰＭ内的增殖，并能够部分逆转ＩＦＮγ诱导的ＭＰＭ的抗弓形虫效应，其逆转作用随ＩＬ６剂量的增加而增加。

Through in vitro experiments, we observed the anti-Toxoplasma effect of IL6 on IFNγ-induced murine peritoneal macrophage (MPM). The results showed that IL 6 can promote the proliferation of Toxoplasma gondii in MPM and partially reverse the anti-Toxoplasma effect induced by IFNγ. The reversal effect of Toxoplasma gondii increases with the increase of IL 6 dose.
