最近有人报道EGF阳性率与胃癌进展情况、分化程度及浸润深度有关。本文对92例大肠癌患者EGF的表达进行了免疫组化研究。对象与方法:92例大肠癌患者(男59例、女33例)年龄31~84岁,其中直肠43例,乙状结肠24例,降结肠3例,横结肠4例,升结肠8例,盲肠10例。肉眼分类:O型21例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅱ型54例,Ⅲ型13例,Ⅳ型1例;肿瘤最大直径为12cm,最小0.2cm。组织型:高、中、低分化腺癌分别为34、40、6例,粘液癌2例,腺鳞状上皮癌1例,腺瘤内癌8例;早期癌21例,进展期癌71例。方法:用鼠抗入EGF单克隆抗体作为抗体,ABC法染色,EGF阳性率以着色的肿瘤细胞数占整个肿瘤细胞数的比例来确定,>50%、25%~50%、<25%及0%分别定为~(+++)、~(++)、+及-。
Recently, it has been reported that the positive rate of EGF is related to the progress of gastric cancer, the degree of differentiation, and the depth of invasion. In this paper, 92 cases of colorectal cancer patients with EGF expression were studied by immunohistochemistry. OBJECTIVES AND METHODS: 92 patients with colorectal cancer (59 males and 33 females) aged 31 to 84 years, including 43 rectum, 24 sigmoid colon, 3 descending colon, 4 transverse colon, 8 ascending colon, 10 cecum . Visual classification: 21 cases of O type, 3 cases of type II, 54 cases of type II, 13 cases of type III, and 1 case of type IV; the maximum diameter of the tumor is 12cm, and the minimum is 0.2cm. Tissue type: high, moderate, and poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas were 34, 40, and 6 cases respectively, mucinous carcinomas were 2 cases, adenosquamous carcinomas were 1 case, and adenomas were 8 cases; early stage cancers were 21 cases, and advanced stage cancers were 71 cases. . METHODS: Mouse anti-EGF monoclonal antibody was used as an antibody and stained by ABC. The positive rate of EGF was determined by the ratio of the number of colorant tumor cells to the total number of tumor cells, >50%, 25% to 50%, <25%, and 0% was set to ~(+++), ~(++), +, and -, respectively.
