DTPA-ZnNa_3与准确过量的铁(Ⅲ)试液反应,生成 Fe(Ⅲ)DTPA 络合物,剩余铁(Ⅲ)与硫氰酸盐反应生成血红色络合物。该络合物在波长480 nm 处有最大吸收,其吸收度与 DTPA 的浓度成反比关系,且在 DTPA 浓度为0~0.7692mmlo/L 对吸收度符合比尔定律。本法简便快速,重现性好。
DTPA-ZnNa_3 reacts with the accurate iron (Ⅲ) test solution to form Fe (Ⅲ) DTPA complex, and the remaining iron (Ⅲ) reacts with thiocyanate to form a red-colored complex. The complex has the maximum absorption at a wavelength of 480 nm, and its absorption is inversely proportional to the concentration of DTPA. Beer ’s law is obeyed when the concentration of DTPA is 0 ~ 0.7692 mmlo / L. This method is simple, fast and reproducible.
