通过嗜水气单胞菌菌体和菌液上清对草鱼的体外溶血试验,发现菌细胞在培养 12hr后即具最高溶血活性,而菌液上清在菌培养 60hr后才达到最高溶血活性;在 pH6~ 8范围内嗜水气单胞菌溶血素可维持高溶血活性,而维持高溶血活性的最适培养温度为 35℃;部分糖和二价金属盐类可在不同程度上影响菌液上清的溶血活性。
Through in vitro hemolysis tests of A. hydrophila and bacterial supernatant on grass carp, it was found that the bacterial cells had the highest hemolytic activity after cultured for 12 hours, while the supernatant of the bacterial liquid reached the highest hemolytic activity after culturing for 60 hours. In the range of pH6 ~ 8, Aeromonas hydrophila could maintain high hemolytic activity, while the optimum temperature for maintaining high hemolytic activity was 35 ℃. Some sugars and divalent metal salts could affect the growth of Bacillus subtilis Hemolytic activity of the supernatant.
