2016年11月3日,由中国皮革协会、中国皮革和制鞋工业研究院、国家皮革和制鞋行业生产力促进中心联合主办,中国皮革协会制革专业委员会、《中国皮革》杂志社承办的2016中国皮革业发展论坛暨中国皮革协会制革专业委员会年会在浙江江山举行。会议间隙,记者采访到了北海东红制革集团(以下简称东红)总裁施荣川,请他就东红的可持续发展管理模式,作了较为细致的阐述。希望东红总裁施荣川有关“以五星级管理助推企业可持续发展”的经营管理理念,能对读者有所启发。
