Shrimp demand in the international market has led to the growth of the shrimp industry. As shrimp is a type of farmed animal that relies mainly on compound feed, the development of the shrimp industry has given rise to a surge in commercial feed on the market. Shrimp farmers are more concerned with the seasonal availability and price volatility of commercial feed, but not enough attention to the quality of the feed and the potential harmful effects of the purchased feed. This potentially harmful effect is mainly due to improper or improper storage. Feedstuffs (insects present) at relatively high humidity (above 65%) and unhygienic conditions can cause the growth of aflatoxins molds, Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus (Smith and Moss, 1985). Wiseman et al. (1982) reported that aflatoxin (AFL) can be self-produced in improperly stored shrimp feed
