鄂政发[1994]149号 1994年10月31日现将《湖北省盐矿资源勘查开采管理办法》印发给你们,请遵照执行。湖北省盐矿资源勘查开采监督管理办法第一条为了合理开发利用和保护我省盐矿资源,加强盐矿勘查、开采的监督管理工作,保障安全生产,根据《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》,结合我省实际,制定本办法。第二条凡在本省境内勘查、开采盐矿资源(包括岩盐、卤水和芒硝),均应遵守本办法。盐矿开采的监督管理工作,涉及土地管理、环境保护、劳动安全的,按照有关法律、法规和规章的规定执行。第三条省地质矿产行政主管部门对全省盐矿资源勘查、开采实行统一监督管理。市、州(地)、县矿管机构,主管本辖区内盐矿资源勘查、开采的监督管理工作。
