自1981年实行对锅炉压力容器焊工进行考试以来.φ159×6mm的管子焊缝的射线照相是我们在焊工考试中较费事的一项工作,按规则要求进行100%射线照相.由于管子曲率较大,一次只能拍摄100mm左右,而其内圆周长约为460mm.每一根管子就得拍摄4次,为此,我们采用如图1所示的方法,制做一个管子托架,在上面放上三根焊好的管子,再用一块S=3mm厚的铅扳进行遮挡,并与焊缝和管子紧贴.由于焊缝加强层允许高度为0~4mm,所以,两管间距为10mm.透照时管子焊缝垂直于射线管轴线.将φ159×6mm管子焊缝划分成内外一致的四段,并用铅字做好标记,然后分段进行透照.
