推动财政科学化精细化管理是科学发展观对财政管理工作的内在要求,是提高财政部门贯彻落实党和国家方针政策能力的迫切需要。近年来,河南各级财政部门坚持不懈地创新机制、完善制度,深化改革,力促以科学化精细化管理提高财政推动科学发展的能力,取得了一定成效。在对河南省财政厅厅长钱国玉的专访中,他向本刊记者介绍了河南在推动财政科学化精细化管理中的一些主要经验。
To promote scientifically refined management of finance is an inherent requirement of the scientific development concept for financial management and an urgent need to improve the ability of the financial sector to implement the party’s and state guidelines and policies. Some achievements have been made.
