为了抓紧实施科教兴农的发展战略,早日完成省委、省政府提出的到2000年为每个农户培养一名科技致富带头人,为20%的农户培养一名中专层次的技术人才的目标任务,我们经过几年的努力工作,现已培养出科技致富带头人24716人,占全县4万农户的60%。我们的做法是抓好如下五个环节:一、制定可行计划,落实培训任务充分发挥本地资源优势,重点抓好农业、林业、特产、畜牧、水电、矿山、化工、农机及家用电器修理、农副产品加工等专业技术人才的培训。
