本文对北京旧城提出分区保护的规划方法。作者将北京旧城分为五类地区,并提出各区的规划目标,同时,提出了各区的建筑高度及容积率指标,以保证规划目标的实现。
This article proposes a partitioned planning method for the Beijing Old City. The author divides the old Beijing city into five types of areas and proposes the planning objectives of each area. At the same time, it proposes the building height and volume ratio indicators for each area to ensure the realization of the planning goals.
