科学技术的发展依赖于计量测试技术的发展,计量测试技术为科学技术提供了可靠的数据。做好铁路计量标准器具和工作计量器具的检定、校准工作,是保证工作质量的重要基础,也是保障铁路运输安全的重要基础。本文从加强质量管理体系的有效运行、提高质量监督的有效性、提高实验室的管理水平三个方面,简述提高检定质量的具体措施。
The development of science and technology relies on the development of metrology technology, which provides reliable data for science and technology. To do a good job of checking and calibrating the standard measuring instruments for railroads and working measuring instruments is an important basis for ensuring the quality of work and also an important foundation for ensuring the safety of railway transportation. This article briefly describes the specific measures to improve the quality of accreditation from three aspects: strengthening the effective operation of quality management system, improving the effectiveness of quality supervision and improving the management level of laboratory.
