目的了解合肥市医疗机构内镜清洗消毒工作现状,为提高医院内镜消毒质量,保障诊疗安全提供依据。方法采用问卷调查、知识测试和现场抽样检测等方法调查。结果按省、市、县三级共抽取28家医疗机构,总合格率为95.3%,其中消毒内镜合格率83.8%,灭菌内镜合格率100.0%,内镜附件、注水瓶水及消毒液合格率均为100%。市、区级医院总合格率均为100%。结论合肥市各级医疗机构内镜的消毒管理总体情况良好。
Objective To understand the current situation of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection of medical institutions in Hefei City, in order to improve the quality of endoscopic disinfection in hospitals and ensure the safety of clinics. Methods Questionnaires, knowledge tests and on-site sampling tests were used to investigate. Results According to the provincial, municipal and county levels, a total of 28 medical institutions were drawn, with a total pass rate of 95.3%, of which disinfection endoscopy qualified rate of 83.8%, endoscopic sterilization rate of 100.0%, endoscopy accessories, water bottle water and disinfection Liquid pass rate was 100%. City, district-level hospitals are 100% pass rate. Conclusion The endoscope disinfection management at all levels of medical institutions in Hefei is generally good.
