1病例患儿,男,36h,主因呕吐血性物1次入院。患儿系孕40+2w自然分娩,母亲孕期体健,出生史无异常,无窒息缺氧史,出生体重3.5kg,生后3h开奶,吸吮有力,生后34h呕吐1次新鲜血性物,量较多,伴有发绀,呼吸不规则,未排血性便,未诉发热、抽搐,未经治疗,生后36h来诊。入院查体:T37.9℃,P150次/分,R45次/分,BP70/40mm Hg,Wt 3.09kg,反应差,呼吸不规则,肤色欠红润,
