樟子松(Pinus sylvestris L. car. mo-ngolica litr)和长白落叶松(Larix olgensisHenrg)是东北地区主要的用材、防护和“四养”绿化的优良树种之一,而樟子松、落叶松苗木的培育又是植树造林的物质基础,为了进一步提高樟子松、落叶松育苗的质量,多培育优质壮苗,联合试验组用化工部沈阳化工研究院提供的新产品——吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理了经过雪藏发芽的樟子松、落叶松种子,以水浸的种子做对照,进行育苗试验,筛选IBA处理樟子松、落叶松种子育苗的最佳浓度和浸种时间,观察试验效果。
