目的了解泉州市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生现状,为公共场所卫生监督管理提供依据。方法对12家酒店集中空调通风系统的卫生状况进行调查,按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求进行采样和检测。结果抽检12家酒店集中空调通风系统,合格率为58.82%,风管送风中β-溶血性链球未检出,通风管道积尘合格率为100%、细菌总数合格率为100%、真菌总数合格率为68.75%,空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌合格率为68.75%、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌合格率为66.67%。结论泉州市集中空调通风系统已对室内空气造成一定的污染,空调冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌检出率高,对人群健康有潜在危害。应加强公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生监督管理,对集中空调通风系统要定期清洗和消毒,从而阻断呼吸道疾病的传播途径,切实保护公共场所中人群的健康。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Quanzhou and to provide basis for health supervision and management in public places. Methods The health condition of 12 hotel central air conditioning and ventilation systems was investigated and sampled and tested according to the requirements of Hygiene Code for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places. Results The sampling rate of air conditioning and ventilation system in 12 hotels was 58.82%. The β-hemolyzed streptococcus was not detected in air duct, the passing rate of dust in ventilation duct was 100%, the total number of bacteria was 100%, the total number of fungi Pass rate of 68.75%, air-conditioning cooling water Legionella pneumophila qualified rate of 68.75%, condensate water Legionella qualified rate of 66.67%. Conclusion Quanzhou centralized air conditioning and ventilation system has caused some pollution to indoor air, air-conditioning cooling water, condensate detection of Legionella pneumophila high, potentially harmful to the health of the population. Health supervision and management of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places should be strengthened and regular cleaning and disinfection of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems should be carried out so as to block the transmission of respiratory diseases and effectively protect the health of the people in public places.
