古今中外,凡成就大业者,大多是无所不用其“借”的人。古代兵战中的诸葛亮有草船借箭、借东风、借荆州等著名之“借”,堪称是一位善于借用天时、地利、人和取胜的顶尖高手。现代商战中,精明的企业家们更是善于借用各种有利的外部条件来发展自己。一般企业在创业初期或是新产品刚刚问世时,由于在人力、财力和知名度等方面都无力与知名度很高、实力雄厚的大企业争锋,要想立住脚,常常是巧借别家名牌之势,暗积自家名牌之力,以便最终达到提高知名度、塑造好形象、赢得顾客青睐、产品畅销市场之目的。
