广西壮族自治区人大常委会公告(九届第31号)《广西壮族自治区高新技术产业开发区条例》已由广西壮族自治区第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十四次会议于2001年5月26日通过,现予公布,自2001年6月1日起施行。广西壮族自治区人民代表大会常务委员会2001年5月26日第一条为了加强高新技术产业开发区的建设,加快发展和壮大高新技术产业,推动科教兴桂战略的实施,促进全区经济建设和社会发展,根据《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》、《中华人民共和国科学技术进步法》等法律、法规的规定,结合本自治区实际,制定本条例。
