目的 了解洪灾区 7~ 1 5岁儿童行为问题的现状及其影响因素 ,以便采取相应的干预措施。方法 用Rutter儿童行为问卷的父母和教师问卷对洪灾区 7~ 1 5岁儿童的行为问题进行评定。结果 洪灾区 7~ 1 5岁儿童行为问题检出率分别为 9.7% (父母问卷 )和1 1 .0 % (教师问卷 ) ,男生以违纪行为 (A行为 )为主 ,而女生则以神经症性行为 (N行为 )为主。结论 其主要的影响因素为性别、班主任批评、感到学习负担重、有亲人在洪灾中受了重伤、洪灾中未能与家人住在一起、曾经被洪水围困等待救援和创伤后应激障碍等。儿童行为问题在我国洪灾区儿童中是一种常见的现象 ,应采取针对性的防制措施
Objective To understand the status quo and the influencing factors of behavioral problems among children aged 7-15 in flood-prone areas in order to take appropriate interventions. Methods The behavioral problems of children aged 7-1 5 years in flood-prone areas were assessed using the Rutter Child Behavior Questionnaire for Parents and Teachers Questionnaire. Results The detection rate of behavioral problems among children aged 7-15 in the flood-hit areas was 9.7% (parental questionnaire) and 11.0% (teacher’s questionnaire) respectively. The boys were mainly disciplinary behaviors (A behavior) while the girls were neurotic Sex (N behavior) based. Conclusion The main influencing factors are gender, class teacher criticism, feeling heavy study burden, relatives who were severely injured in flood disaster, failed to live with family in flood disaster, and have been beaten by floods waiting for rescue and post-traumatic stress disorder. Children’s behavior problem is a common phenomenon among children in flood-hit areas of our country, we should take targeted control measures
